Registered Veterinary Technologist, RVT Department: Neurology Location: Victoria, BC Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital is welcoming an experienced Registered Veterinary Technologist, RVT , to join our neurology team! This role will work closely with our Neurologist to provide excellent care to patients and pet parents requiring this service. The successful candidate will possess exceptional patient care and technical skills (including anesthesia), as well as client communication skills. You will have opportunities to expand your learning through extensive exposure and involvement in cases with various degrees of complexity; you will also have a board-certified anesthesiologist available to weigh in on protocols and procedures. Previous experience in a specialty neurology or surgery role would be an asset, but is not required. Schedule: This position is full-time (40 hrs/week). Shifts are 10 hours in length, 4 days per week. The department is currently open Monday through Thursday each week.
