The Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence is responsible for developing analytical solutions to support the business lines’ needs at Desjardins. As Senior Generative AI Data Scientist, you help meet the need for data to support business decision-making, operationalizing artificial intelligence (MLOps) and generative AI (LLMOps) solutions adapted to business issues and help understand member and client behaviour. More specifically, you will be required to: Provide technical expertise (training, support and mentoring) on generative AI concepts applied to cloud computing environments Optimize generative AI models for performance, scaling and efficiency using cloud-based resources Create evaluation and monitoring frameworks to determine model accuracy Work with a multidisciplinary team (data science, data engineering, software engineering) to develop generative AI-driven solutions that meet business requirements Stay up to date on the latest developments in generative AI, and recommend innovative solutions to improve existing systems Help create and update comprehensive documentation for generative AI models and technical processes Identify and resolve technical issues related to AI integration and model performance Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and implementation of generative AI technologies What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
