The HR Programs&Systems Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of HR programs, systems, and analytics to support ConeTec’s people strategy. This role ensures that HR data and systems enable accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and efficient processes across the employee lifecycle. The incumbent will partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to align data, reporting, and systems with business objectives and compliance requirements.
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
HR Systems Management
Serve as the primary system owner for HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and related HR tools (recruiting, performance, learning, payroll integrations, etc.).
Lead system administration, configuration, and optimization to improve usability, automation, and data accuracy.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and enhance integrations.
Establish governance standards for system use, permissions, and data privacy compliance.
HR Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and standard reports (headcount, turnover, compensation, etc.) to support leadership and business unit needs.
Provide analytics and insights to inform workforce planning, compensation modeling, and organizational design.
Partner with Finance to ensure consistency in HR-to-payroll data for reporting and budgeting.
Establish data quality controls and oversee regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
HR Program Management
Support design, rollout, and tracking of key HR programs such as performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and recognition initiatives.
Collaborate with HR leaders and business partners to coordinate timelines, communications, and reporting deliverables for each program.
Document processes, policies, and best practices to ensure repeatability and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Change Enablement
Identify and implement process automation and workflow efficiencies across HR and related functions.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve employee experience through better system usability and data visibility.
Develop and deliver training and resources for HR and business users on tools, analytics, and processes.
KPIs for the position
Successful completion of HR program cycles and deliverables.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in HR systems or analytics-focused roles.
Experience administering HRIS systems (BambooHR experience preferred).
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects or programs.
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in HRIS reporting and data management.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, data modeling).
Familiarity with HR data structures and integrations with payroll/finance systems.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
Human Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.
High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality and data protection in compliance with GDPR, PIPEDA and applicable legislation (as well as company`s policies).
