Restaurant Brands International (Tim Hortons) is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Restaurant Labour Program to join our team supporting key labour initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Team Member Recruitment & Retention, this position will be the key project leader focused on tools and resources supporting Restaurant success. This position will work cross functionally assessing key metrics, identifying opportunities and leading programs within Canada. Key Responsibilities Track and analyze all labour metrics, assess business impacts, and develop recommendations Design, build, and execute labour-related programs and initiatives Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for restaurant and field labor support Provide materials and data to support relevant initiatives Identify and create learning opportunities for restaurant owners to enhance employment and management skills Requirements University degree in HR, Business or related field. 3+ years of work experience in HR or program/ project management Track record of strong project management, analytical skills and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to interact cross functionally, communicate effectively Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform Must have the ability to interact and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences including Restaurant Owners and field team Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
