About the role:
Join our mission to build a resilient, compliant, and secure organization. We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to help lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across our global operations.
Responsibilities:
Automate and track policy updates, reviews, exceptions, and approvals within the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) platform
Administer and enhance the GRC platform to support enterprise-wide compliance, including delivering dashboards and executive-level reports on risk posture and audit readiness
Lead responses to customer/vendor security questionnaires, due diligence forms, and RFPs sections relating to Risk & Compliance
Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support accountability and decision-making
Support risk assessments, control testing, and remediation across security, privacy, and operations
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulatory frameworks
Implement and monitor controls for AML, anti-bribery, sanctions, and modern slavery
Conduct vendor and partner risk assessments and maintain third-party risk dashboards
Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead evidence-gathering for industry standards
Collaborate with Legal, Data Protection Officer, and CISO on privacy, cyber risk, and operational resilience
Support crises management, business continuity and incident response planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or related field
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or data protection, with experience in Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
Experience managing GRC platforms
Familiarity with global standards – GDPR, COSO ERM framework, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AML frameworks
Strong understanding of anti-bribery, sanctions, and financial crime controls
Excellent analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills
