The Opportunity We are currently seeking a R&D, Strategy and IP Co-op Student to join our R&D Strategy and IP team in Toronto or Mississauga This is a fixed term co-op position, ranging from 8-12 months in duration, beginning in either January or May of 2026. As a R&D, Strategy and IP Co-op Student you will be supporting projects taht advance the priorities of the Research & Innovation (R&I) team. This role offers hands-on experience collaborating with technical experts, assisting in project management, and helping to document and streamline both business and technical workflows. Additionally, in this position you will: Assist in managing research, technology and innovation projects by documenting and optimizing business and technical workflows to enhance efficiency and alignment Support project planning, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met across cross-functional teams. Gather and analyze data, map processes, and engage with stakeholders across different teams to support new technical innovation initiatives Prepare reports, supporting the implementation of new solutions, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of project outcomes.
