Responsibilities
Contribute to the deployment of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and workflows across foundational data lifecycles.
Drive Analytics product delivery relying heavily on SAP Material Master data.
Participate in master data configuration, standards development, quality tracking, and change management within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Collaborate with Data Stewards to support MDM (Master Data Management) initiatives including testing, training, and documentation.
Oversee preparation and execution of unit, string, and validation test cycles across business areas.
Act as subject matter expert on SAP MM master data structures, tables, and integration points with related SAP modules.
Conduct root cause and impact analysis for data issues; propose mitigation or remediation plans.
Monitor data accuracy and collaborate with business units to implement corrective actions.
Maintain and enhance documentation, procedures, and training materials related to data governance processes.
Coordinate and execute readiness tasks for EDM within broader project initiatives.
Lead planning and ensure timely delivery of all master data deliverables.
Required Experience & Expertise
At least 4 years in a data analyst role within large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees).
Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Material Master (MM) data design, configuration, and governance.
Proven experience managing data lifecycle activities and applying MDM principles in SAP-centric environments.
Strong SQL and technical data analysis capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to execute data governance standards and support complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience navigating change in fluid or loosely structured settings.
Familiarity with test execution and validation protocols.
Autonomous and self-driven, with a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder engagement.
Assets
Professional background in industries such as manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace.
Experience in multinational, multi-site environments across multiple continents.
Exposure to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and platforms like Collibra, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
