4 days in office - Please note that this position can also be filled in any of our offices across Canada You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with client expectations and firm profitability goals. If you possess strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, finance teams, and client relationship managers this role might be for you! You will be focusing on: Developing and maintaining pricing models, budgets, and profitability analyses for client matters and proposals. Advising partners on pricing strategies, alternative fee arrangements (AFAs), and value-based pricing approaches. Collaborating with business development and finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with client needs and firm objectives. Assessing matter performance, generating competitive intelligence, and providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders and management that improve pricing accuracy and profitability. Supporting adoption of pricing tools and processes across the firm, including training and change management initiatives. Facilitating internal and external communication and collaboration with clients, partners, senior management, business development, finance, client insights, and other administrative departments. Ensuring data integrity and governance for pricing and client financial information. What you bring to the role: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Business Management, Economics, Information Sciences, Technology, or related field). 3–5 years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal industry experience preferred). Advanced analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, SAP, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics platforms. Financial modeling and forecasting expertise, including scenario planning. Knowledge of law firm economics, billing models, and profitability drivers. Strong negotiation skills to support client fee discussions. Experience with process optimization and workflow automation. Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Results-oriented with a client service mindset and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Highly effective research skills and sound judgment in problem-solving. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. Vancouver Salary: $102 000 - $141 000. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience. Why Join Us?
