En effet, en plus de veiller à ce que personne ne manque de rien, il supporte les différents départements dans la réalisation des tâches administratives visant à assurer le bon déroulement des opérations au quotidien. Sous la supervision du gestionnaire des opérations, il est principalement appelé à Préparer la documentation quotidienne nécessaire à la production Participer aux tâches administratives reliées à la gestion de la qualité visant la satisfaction de la clientèle Supporter les différents volets de l’organisation tels que les opérations, la santé et la sécurité, les ressources humaines, le service à la clientèle et les finances selon les besoins de chaque division. Effectuer l’accueil des visiteurs, la réception des appels téléphoniques en s’assurant d’offrir un accueil à l’image de notre entreprise. Toutes autres tâches nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs de notre usine et au succès de l’équipe. Exigences recherchées : • DEC en bureautique ou tout autre domaine connexe; • Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier; Compétences et habiletés recherchées : • Maîtrise de la suite office, habiletés informatiques • Communication écrite et orale Français et Anglais • Posséder le sourire dans la voix • Reconnue pour son désir d’aider et son dévouement envers les autres • Souci du détail et rigueur dans le travail accompli • Sens de l’éthique et respect de la confidentialité • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément We Believe in Rewarding our Most Important Resource – Our People!
