Location: Vancouver, Canada
In this position, you’ll be based in Vancouver – Burrand Street office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love
Assistant Team Leads in Account Recordkeeping execute transactions at a regional level for account-owners in line with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, short deadlines and client service level agreements and assist Team Leads to oversee and manage teams of Transaction Processors and Senior Transaction Processors in the prioritization and allocation of work items in support of service level agreements and regulatory deadlines.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Updates Processors' daily rosters to reflect availability for Workflow processing and assigns tasks outside of Workflow.
Utilizes tools such as Dashboard and Process Allocate to oversee the distribution of work and ensure that internal, regulatory and client turnaround times and SLAs are met.
Provide support during internal and external audits of the department. May be asked to work on additional projects as needed.
Assist with providing feedback and coaching to Transaction Processors regarding productivity and quality using tools such as Dashboard and quality reports and initiate constructive action process as needed.
Model teamwork by supporting peers in meeting the overall goals of the department and support team members through motivation and providing support for team members in performing their job duties. Assist with escalations from Transaction Processors.
Communicate directly with clients, brokers, or relationship managers.
Performs self-audits to confirm work is performed in compliance with operational policies and procedures. Train staff as needed through OTJ or structured classes.

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $62k.
