About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Enrollment Strategy, the Marketing Officer drives demand generation and brand storytelling for ExecEd DIAL programs. You will plan and ship campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels; create high-quality assets; manage our social presence; and keep our website accurate, accessible, and optimized for conversion. You will build segmented email journeys, measure what matters with GA4 and our CRM, and use insights to improve copy, creative, and funnels. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch national campaigns, share alumni success stories, and support new program rollouts in areas like digital innovation, AI, and leadership. Success looks like healthy pipelines, higher conversion rates, and consistent, on-brand experiences for prospects, partners, and alumni.
You are a T-shaped marketer who blends crisp writing with design sensibility and analytical rigor. You can brief, build, and publish in WordPress; design in Adobe Creative Cloud; and run paid search and social with smart testing. You bring strong writing skills, visual creativity, and digital campaign experience to amplify our brand and programs. You are proactive, data-savvy, and know how to balance creative experimentation with performance tracking. You enjoy thoughtful storytelling about impact. You bias to action, measure outcomes, and iterate. Experience in higher-ed, B2B marketing, or professional services is an asset.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field and five years of related professional experience, including experience in developing and implementing marketing and communications plans and budgets or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Excellent knowledge of creative design software tools including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent knowledge of current social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including organic engagement, paid advertising, reporting and tracking tools (GA4, UTMs, Pixels, GTM).
Excellent knowledge of web maintenance and SEO using WordPress (HTML, CSS, and AEM are strong assets).
Ability to develop and execute demand generation campaigns and proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot).
