The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Finance Administrator to join our head office team in Kelowna, BC, with a background in finance or accounting and hands-on experience in administrative support, data entry, and AP processes. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Kelowna head office.
As a Finance Administrator you’ll provide reliable financial administration that keeps our operations running smoothly—managing utilities and monthly reporting, supporting AP processes, ensuring vendor compliance, and resolving issues quickly—so our teams can focus on their core work.

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage all existing and new utility accounts.
Set up Pre-Authorized Debits (PAD) if applicable.
Data entry of utility-related information.
Update the utility tracker regularly.
Compile and send out monthly emails of utility costs to operating companies.
Effectively resolve any utility issues.
Review, process and import visas/expense reports in Concur.
Track insurance details of vendors to ensure compliance.
Print cheques and arrange for signatures for the AP department.
Assist the AP department with managing monthly statements as needed.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
Knowledge of Concur and/or Vista is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Competitive salary range: $50,000–$52,000 annually.
