The Opportunity We are excited to expand our team of physicians who hold licenses in Quebec and are currently looking for part-time work. We offer: Full training provided Full administrative support Flexible days and hours An extensive multidisciplinary team Responsibilities Provide virtual consultations and medical cannabis prescriptions for patients when it is deemed an appropriate treatment option Help educate patients on the use of cannabis as a medicine Supporting patients who have CNESST claims Follow up with patients and monitor response to dosage and cannabinoids prescribed Other duties assigned. Experience Medical degree, registration and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of your province Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage a busy workload Team-oriented approach with existing team members and physicians Must be highly organized and have a good sense of time management Informed and abreast of scientific research and/or willing to learn more about the industry Experience in pain management or mental health is an asset Previous work with pain diagnosis and/or medical cannabis is a big asset Bilingual Other Details This is a part-time position based remotely in Quebec.
