A Day in the Life OBJECTIF PRINCIPAL DU POSTE • Collaborer avec le/la responsable pour élaborer et exécuter un plan stratégique complet visant à dépasser les objectifs de revenus trimestriels. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE (peuvent inclure les éléments suivants ainsi que d'autres tâches) • Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services de Medtronic dans une zone géographique assignée et/ou auprès de comptes clients spécifiques afin d’atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente. • Développer, renforcer et entretenir des relations à long terme avec les parties prenantes, y compris les distributeurs et les professionnels de santé. • Suivre les pistes commerciales, évaluer les besoins et fournir des services produits pour maximiser les bénéfices des solutions Medtronic. • Promouvoir et mettre en place des programmes de formation sur les produits et services de l’entreprise. • Réaliser des études de marché, y compris sur les activités des clients et des concurrents. • Mettre en œuvre les plans/stratégies de développement du marché et les ajuster si nécessaire. • Communiquer les retours des clients sur les nouveaux produits ou les modifications des produits existants aux parties prenantes internes (R&D, opérations, marketing). • Être responsable du signalement des plaintes et des effets indésirables liés aux médicaments (ADR). • Adopter une approche stratégique pour assurer une croissance constante. • Viser à dépasser les objectifs trimestriels tout en gérant rigoureusement les dépenses. • Fournir des prévisions audacieuses et précises. • Gérer et optimiser efficacement les stocks en consignation. • Ce poste requiert un véritable esprit entrepreneurial et des compétences de « chasseur ». • En collaboration avec le/la responsable, coordonner les horaires des spécialistes cliniques locaux (le cas échéant) pour optimiser la couverture des procédures et autres tâches requises. • Réussir les formations produits et ventes requises (et continues). • Respecter les modules de formation fonctionnelle et d’éducation de Medtronic. • Gérer les contrats hospitaliers, SSO et GPO (pré-appel d’offres, appel d’offres, mise en œuvre). • Construire un solide pipeline de ventes de capital et un plan de vente associé. • Optimiser l’élargissement du champ technique, souvent transversal aux unités opérationnelles. • Articuler clairement les objectifs stratégiques pour naviguer et apporter de la valeur aux systèmes de santé provinciaux. • Mettre en place des programmes de formation liés aux produits et services de l’entreprise. • Accroître la part de marché dans le territoire défini. • Être capable de répondre aux demandes de soutien clinique des comptes selon les besoins. • Mettre en œuvre et exécuter les plans de lancement du portefeuille défini. • Développer et maintenir des relations dans le marché défini. • Collaborer avec le marketing et engager les parties prenantes cliniques et administratives autour d’une proposition de valeur élargie liée à l’offre de produits. Account Manager – Surgical Innovation MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB • Align with Manager to build and execute on a comprehensive strategic plan to exceed sales revenue targets on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with Manager, Marketing and other business unit colleagues to identify and close revenue generating opportunities. Provide detailed and bold sales forecasts; identifying risk, action items, and resources needed to achieve. This role involves fluidly and cohesively working across the Medtronic matrix and with key customers to evolve the role according to rapidly changing market dynamics. • The purpose of the position is the development of long-term relationships with customers. Own, lead and contribute to the account blue sheet and strategic selling process.
