Gère, coordonne et exécute les réparations aux murs, portes, plafonds et fenêtres, remplacement des tuiles de plafond ou planchers, toiture Gestion de l’inventaire des clés et de la serrurerie. Support au déneigement (trottoirs et toit). Assiste le personnel technique de maintenance dans leurs tâches. (Travail d’équipe) Administre les activités faites par les contracteurs : contrôle d’accès, surveille les prestations, revues de prestation et des rapports produits. Procède à l’achat d’accessoires et équipements divers relatifs à la maintenance et l’entretien des bâtiments. Applique la procédure sur le contrôle parasitaire. Applique toutes les procédures à la gestion des installations. Effectue la relocalisation d’équipement et la fourniture de matériel, comme le papier, aux usagers. Participe activement au programme d’amélioration continue. Avise son superviseur de possibilités d’amélioration de ses méthodes de travail. Participe à l’amélioration continue en identifiant des solutions et en les implantant. Supporte les activités et les correctifs liés à la sécurité des installations et du personnel.
