Job Description: Role Overview Title: Shift Maintenance Technician – Industrial Millwright Mechanic Location: Royal Canin, Guelph, ON Shift: 12-hour continental rotation (days & nights) Pay: $45–$50/hr + OT opportunities Bonus: 5% annual target bonus (based on company performance) Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 at 3 months + $1,500 at 6 months) Tools: Provided by employer (no need to bring your own) About the Work You’ll be maintaining and troubleshooting automated pet food production and packaging equipment. The environment is clean, food-safe, and focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
