The Bilingual UVO, Remarketing, Customer, Rent Coordinator plays a pivotal role within Honda Financial Services’ (HFS) Used Vehicle Operations, Remarketing & Customer Retention Centre department overseeing a diverse range of administrative tasks to streamline the request process and ensure smooth daily operations. The Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing workflow efficiency and promoting strong communication, ensuring that operational excellence is maintained to elevate the organization's performance and output. Through strategic coordination of these essential activities, the Coordinator becomes a key contributor to the team's achievements and the forward momentum of the department goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Support CRC, Remarketing and UVO Operations and reporting efficiency by developing, consolidating, and extracting data from comprehensive databases to generate and distribute various essential reports; Assist with CRC, Remarketing and UVO budgeting/vendor invoices, bulletins, monitoring web metrics, providing timely operational updates, conducting thorough market analysis and addressing ad hoc requests; Efficiently manage and address inquiries from HFS & CH, utilizing in-depth knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and strategic objectives. Provide prompt responses and guidance in person, via phone, or email; Conduct thorough research to identify industry best practices and present strategic recommendations to management. Prioritize effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and adapt project plans to integrate evolving business; Proactively engage in supplementary projects and responsibilities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum College Diploma is required 1 plus years’ experience in the automotive field required Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Bilingual French-English is required. High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with others, ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Ability to analyze situations and make effective decisions. Must entail excellent planning, analytical, strategic, organization and problem-solving skills. Strong operational management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to prepare reports, analyze results, draw conclusions and make recommendations to management to enhance efficiency. Ability to display leadership, initiative, integrity, and strong attention to accuracy and detail. Develops and maintains good working relationships and all members of the team. Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders. Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts. Enjoys team building approach of management and department - shares results. As this position aims to support clients and dealers nationwide, we will need bilingual candidates.
