As a Sales Manager, you’ll coach, motivate, and inspire a team of tour consultants who turn travellers’ dreams into lifelong memories. You’ll drive sales and growth through genuine connection, strong leadership, and a deep belief that exceptional service drives success.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales consultants
Manage team pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance to exceed goals
Deliver hands-on coaching and ongoing training to elevate conversion and quality
Collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing to shape growth strategies
Represent the customer voice—providing insights that fuel product and marketing innovation
Foster a positive, purpose-driven sales culture built on trust and accountability

What You’ll Bring
5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role
Strong communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
A love for travel and a growth mindset
