Job Description: A Public Health Nurse (PHN) is accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the health and health risks for people living in Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. A PHN's scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision-making skills. A PHN also provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community. The Public Health Nurse works under the direction of the Manager of Public Health Nursing.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a public health nurse
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
Registered Nurse (RN)
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Working knowledge in health promotion
