Role Summary
As a Manager, Business Transformation, you will support change for firm-wide initiatives—designing and executing change strategies that drive adoption, measurable behavior change, and sustained business outcomes. You’ll champion collaboration across the organization, closely partnering with Learning & Development and Internal Communications & Engagement to equip leaders and colleagues through clear messaging, role-based enablement, and data-driven reinforcement.
As an Manager, Business Transformation your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement a clear change management strategy aligned with the Firm’s strategy and organizational goals, Leadership Development philosophy, and transformation priorities.
• Conduct impact assessments, mitigate risks, and monitor adoption against KPIs.
• Actively engage executive sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to build buy-in and alignment.
• Facilitate open dialogue and transparent communication to address concerns and foster trust.
• Mobilize executive sponsors and people leaders; craft a compelling narrative and enable leaders to model desired behaviours.
• Act as the SME for Internal Communications & Engagement team as part of the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that ensures consistent, timely, and impactful messaging across all regions and business units.
• Partner with L&D to create targeted training that supports adoption and reinforces desired behaviors.
• Collaborate with L&D to measure training effectiveness and adjust based on feedback.
• Track key metrics, report on progress, and recommend process enhancements to sustain change.
• Identify and address resistance proactively; maintain risk mitigation strategies throughout change initiatives following Firm-guided change approach.
• Collaborate closely with Communications, L&D, IT, and business units to ensure seamless integration of change, learning, and communication strategies.
• Oversee deliverables, coach team members, and cultivate a culture of innovation, teamwork and collaboration.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be an Manager, Business Transformation? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in business transformation, consulting, or change management within mid-to-large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading or significantly influencing multi-stakeholder projects from design through execution and stabilization.
• Experience designing and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, and adoption programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., Prosci®, CCMP™, APMG International) is an asset.
• Nice to have, but not required: experience with Dynamics 365, and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
