Job Description: Job Summary The HR Reporting and Analytics Advisor will be responsible for delivering proactive people-data reporting and management information. This role will work with internal stakeholders within the Human Relations function to maximize the effectiveness of key strategic and operational projects and grow the people-data reporting function and people analytics capability. Key Accountabilities Maintain and manage the full inventory of HR reports, including operational, management, custom, and ad-hoc reports. Coordinate report creation and delivery across multiple organizational functions. Schedule and distribute reports based on specific business requirements. Act as the escalation point for complex or unresolved reporting issues. Collaborate with people leaders to address and fulfill HR reporting requests. Develop a self-service reporting suite accessible to managers. Partner with IT and other departments to build and maintain standard and custom reports. Lead the creation, analysis, and presentation of key HR metrics and insights (monthly, quarterly, annual). Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with data protection regulations. Continuously review and improve HR reporting and analytics processes based on performance data and best practices. Education and Experience Qualifications Completion of a university program in Human Resources or Business Administration. Minimum 2 years’ experience in HRIS Reporting and Analytics. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and Power BI reporting tools is an asset. Skilled in using data to identify trends and benchmarks for people analytics. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experienced in data extraction, manipulation, and self-service report development. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data in line with privacy and protection regulations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across organizational levels. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to transform data into compelling, insight-driven narratives. Collaborative, reliable, and proactive with strong customer service focus and professionalism. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $66,831.48 to $83,539.35 with a maximum of $100,247.22. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
