Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at Culligan Regina, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Culligan’s products and services across residential and commercial markets. This includes bottle-free water coolers, bottled water and ice supply contracts for retail stores, convenience stores, and gas stations, as well as residential water treatment equipment.
You will work both in-town and out-of-town territories, with a focus on developing new business through lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Culligan’s water and ice solutions to businesses and residential customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, convenience stores, and gas stations to secure water and ice contracts.
Present and demonstrate Culligan bottle-free coolers and residential water treatment systems.
Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door visits, networking, and follow-up.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
Represent Culligan professionally at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
Travel to surrounding communities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales (water, beverage, or service industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate your own leads.
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills for email, CRM updates, and reporting.
Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong customer service focus.
Must have reliable transportation
