The People Experience Advisor will play a vital part in supporting programs, initiatives, and the day-to-day operations of the People Experience team, reporting directly to the Director of People Experience and Integration. In this role, you’ll contribute to the team's goals of enhancing the employee experience, focusing on retention, engagement, and growth within RBCx Who are People Experience? Our goal is to empower individuals at every level within the organization to perform at their best, while also ensuring excellence in people operations that support each phase of the employee journey. What will you do? Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into RBCx, and coordinating the offboarding process, including ordering equipment and tool access. Organizing and coordinating the monthly X-Week Onboarding program, working closely with speakers and stakeholders across RBCx, capturing feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the program's effectiveness. Assisting in planning and executing employee events, learning and development sessions, town halls, and offsite activities. Providing project support within the team, maintaining Asana hygiene, including ensuring timely updates, organization and accurate project reflection. Develop and disseminate targeted communications to promote RBC resources, such as learning program registrations and performance year-end resources, as well as RBCx initiatives, including social events and surveys. Design and create engaging, visually appealing, and easily digestible content to support various purposes, including learning, enablement, and employee updates, while contributing to and enhancing our internal knowledge system. Organizing regular social activities (team lunches, celebrations, wellness initiatives, volunteering, etc.) for our Operations & Strategic Initiatives (OSI) team to strengthen connection and belonging. What do you need to succeed? You have experience in enhancing employee experience through a people-focused role. You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You’re self-motivated with a collaborative spirit; a team player who is willing to learn and contribute. You’re a relationship builder; you cultivate essential connections across RBC and RBCx to enrich your team's experience. You are thoughtful in your approach to communication, whether that be written, verbal, or visual. You pride yourself on building impactful decks and bring a design lens to your content. What will set you apart? You possess advanced proficiency in Canva (or equivalent design tools). You have experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Asana, or similar platforms. What’s in it for you?
