As a Business Analyst for Business Capital Market Solutions, you help deliver our strategic, multi-year projects for the Capital Markets business line. You’re at the heart of a team of experts dedicated to shaping and building business and IT solutions. The team implements meaningful projects that enhance our solution application portfolio and processes end to end. You contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of the foundations aimed at establishing new financial products, evolving the needs of various asset classes, trading desks and operational teams, and meeting regulatory and technological requirements. You work closely on projects with the sponsor, project manager, architects, product owner, IT teams and internal partners. More specifically, you will be required to: Analyze the sector’s business processes and needs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Support the analysis of the feasibility, design and execution phases of projects by building needs registers, drafting RFIs and RFPs, defining roles and responsibilities, and identifying risks and key players Document and produce clear, concise business deliverables to contributors (front office, middle office, back office, risk, finance, compliance, etc.) Create a business requirements registry, a product breakdown structure (PBS) and use cases Develop views of target operational models, and identify affected processes Identify and quantify the expected benefits of each business objective Set up a traceability matrix Participate in prioritizing requirements, and implement an agile delivery strategy Work with internal partners to assess requests, their end-to-end impact, dependencies and alignments as well as risks arising from the new solution or activity Conduct a comparative analysis of the various solutions following calls for tenders, and make a recommendation based on specific criteria and an evaluation grid Ensure alignment and integration with the technological ecosystem and architecture Develop a strategy for verifying and maintaining unit tests Identify and document opportunities to improve work methods and processes What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
