What you'll do:
Drive product strategy and execution for our commerce convergence initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Own and evolve product roadmaps that align with business objectives
Champion data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities
Balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business value
Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
What you bring
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Experience in agile product development and delivery
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital customer experiences
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
Track record of launching successful products
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt with evolving priorities and requirements
Passion for customer experience and user-centered design
Experience in product development (hardware or software) and technical delivery, with 3-5 years of product management/ownership of customer facing products/applications
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across the business; building trust and strong rapport across the business is fundamental
Ability to inter-operate between a technical product team and business strategists
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to think strategically
Previous experience with subscription-based products and smart home solutions is an asset
