Job Summary: Location: Toronto, ON Division: Ticketmaster Line Manager: Strategic Recruitment Advisor Contract Terms: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) THE TEAM Our Talent COE (Centre of Excellence) focuses on all aspects of the candidate and employee experience – comprised of three teams including Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development. As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be on internal talent attraction and engagement. THE JOB The Internal Talent Partner will play a leading role in supporting employees to grow their careers within our organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, supporting, and championing internal candidates, ensuring a clear and seamless experience for employees exploring new roles within the company. You’ll partner with hiring managers, HR, and the broader recruitment team to create a positive candidate experience and support our culture of growth and internal mobility. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal candidates from job posting to offer stage, ensuring equity, transparency, and efficiency. Proactively source internal candidates and build talent pools, leveraging all available data and external insights. Support and coach employees through the internal application process, helping them understand the opportunities/roles of interest, and prepare for interviews. Provide feedback to employees throughout the process, ensuring transparency at all stages. Internal Talent Strategy Lead the development and optimization of internal talent acquisition policies, workflows, and tools to support equitable and inclusive career growth across the company. Partner with stakeholders across HR to align on internal talent acquisition best practices, aligning programs & policies accordingly, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal applicants. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team (current and future state); guiding and training hiring managers on the internal talent acquisition process and best practices. Establish, track and report on internal talent & mobility metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, internal candidate pipeline, promotion rates), providing insights to all involved stakeholders to share successes and advise on improvements. Collaborate with HRBPs as needed to support international transfers, assignments, and relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and legal considerations. Partner with the Strategic Recruitment Advisor to contribute to employer and recruitment brand strategy and content goals; including but not limited to highlighting internal mobility success stories, sharing communications related to career development, and showcasing our talent culture internally and externally. YOU (Behavioural and Technical Skills) 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related talent function with demonstrated experience in internal recruitment and talent development Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing employee development initiatives or programs at a national and/or global scale Experience leading or partnering on employer branding initiatives to promote internal career opportunities, enhance the employee value proposition, and strengthening talent brand both internally and externally Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and support employees at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple open roles or projects concurrently Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams.
