In this role, you will guide a cross-functional delivery pod to ensure high-quality and timely software delivery. You will be accountable for team development, operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Your ability to inspire, coordinate, and execute will be key to ensuring our pods consistently deliver business value. What You’ll Do Manage a team of 4–6 direct reports, including coaching, career development, and performance management. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as standups and planning sessions to maintain alignment and focus. Lead day-to-day operations of the pod include prioritization, risk management, and delivery oversight. Represent the pod in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to deliver value in line with expectations. Foster a safe and effective team environment that supports deep technical focus and problem solving. Track and review project budgets, ensuring effective Opex spend planning and utilization. Promote continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and refining delivery processes. Resolve interpersonal and team conflicts to maintain a collaborative team culture. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing direct reports in a medium-to-large organization. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through influence. Strong background in performance management, coaching, and team development. Hands-on experience managing Agile pods through the full SDLC. Working knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Preferred Qualifications College/University degree preferred Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts across levels Familiarity with delivery measurement and continuous improvement practices Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026 The hiring base salary range for this position is $111,100 - $152,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
