Contract Duration: Until August 31, 2026, 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site presence required 3 days/week (mandatory presence on either Monday or Friday)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Production – Security team, the Security Engineer will be responsible for:
Designing, assessing, developing, deploying, testing, and transitioning malware protection tools, processes, and solutions.
Leading end-to-end project management for the implementation and maintenance of security tools.
Producing and maintaining architectural and technical documentation.
Providing expert-level support for security platforms in scope.
Collaborating with enterprise architects and IT teams to embed security capabilities within infrastructure and applications.
Creating, updating, and enforcing security policies, technical standards, baselines, and procedures.
Ensuring alignment and interoperability across multiple layers of defense technologies.
Participating in internal and external audit activities related to security compliance.
Supporting governance, administrative oversight, and service delivery management related to the security domain.
Required Experience & Expertise
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity.
Strong expertise in advanced threat protection tools, particularly Trellix, McAfee, Tanium, and BeyondTrust.
Hands-on experience in the deployment and administration of enterprise malware protection solutions.
Prior involvement in data protection or information security governance initiatives.
Deep understanding of security architectures, methodologies, and operational models.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Strong ability to articulate and present complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Asset: Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH); leadership experience is a plus.
