We’re seeking a dedicated Reproduction Coordinator to lead our reproductive team
and provide structure, communication, and leadership to one of the most dynamic
departments in our practice.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Reproduction Coordinator serves as the central point of communication
between veterinarians, clients, and team members. This position supervises the
stallion, mare, and laboratory teams, ensures consistency in protocols, supports
departmental scheduling and billing, and maintains smooth coordination between
departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all Reproduction Department operations including stallion, mare, and
laboratory functions

Lead daily team meetings and coordinate schedules for veterinarians and
support staff

Ensure all contracts, import permits, and semen shipments are organized prior
to breeding

Provide clear, professional client communication throughout the breeding
process

Support and mentor team members; ensure staff are cross-trained and aligned
with SOPs

Collaborate with Practice Management to monitor inventory, billing accuracy,
and department efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong leadership and organizational abilities in a fast-paced clinical
setting

In-depth understanding of equine reproductive procedures and terminology

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Accuracy in scheduling, record keeping, and invoicing

Experience using HVMS or equivalent veterinary management software

Previous experience in equine reproduction coordination or veterinary
administrative management preferred
