Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of benefits and leave administration, with 1-2 years experience managing multiple programs and processes accurately
Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate employee data while handling sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to employee inquiries and issue resolution. French bilingualism is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills, able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Act as the subject matter expert for group benefits and retirement savings plans, ensuring proper processing of enrollments and contributions.
Manage employee leaves of absence, including medical and personal leaves, ensuring compliance with policies and applicable legislation.
Review medical documentation, determine eligibility, and coordinate return-to-work plans in partnership with People Operations and managers.
Provide employee support, serving as the main point of contact for benefits and leave inquiries, and escalate complex cases as needed.
Support onboarding and offboarding by managing benefits setup and termination processes accurately and on time.
Reconcile monthly benefits invoices, collaborating with Payroll and providers to ensure accurate deductions and billing.
