Position Summary
The Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst supports revenue optimization by monitoring market trends, forecasting demand, and recommending pricing and inventory strategies to maximize profitability. This role works with revenue management systems and data analytics to track bookings, identify opportunities, and proactively develop strategies to grow revenue. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a solid understanding of airline revenue management principles.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Analyze market trends, seasonality, pricing, capacity, and demand data to inform decisions and inventory/pricing strategies
Serve as the primary RM system user, optimizing revenue daily
Monitor route performance and recommend pricing adjustments, promotions, and revenue optimization initiatives
Collaborate with Network, Commercial, Marketing, and Digital teams to align strategies with commercial objectives
Prepare KPI’s and track performance – looking for and seizing on opportunity
Contribute to new route development by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for pricing and inventory strategies
Analyze fares and competitor activity to recommend pricing actions that balance competitiveness with profitability
Update fare filings in ameliaRES, ATPCO and automated tools
Liaise with internal commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure pricing policies and customer experience objectives are realized
Validation of RMS outputs to ensure continued alignment with expectations and strategies
Develop and maintain expertise in pricing and RM tools and techniques
Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System.
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business or a related field
1–3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or data analysis (preferably in aviation).
Working knowledge of industry revenue management systems is considered an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and data tools (Power BI, SQL).
Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and use of a computer with repetitive workflows and tasks.
