We’re looking for a Healthcare Analyst, Investor Engagement, reporting to the Senior Director of Advisory. In this role, you’ll help shape how we help companies identify, attract, and maintain long-term capital in their shareholder bases. Engagements may include supporting companies with investor targeting, helping them optimize their sell-side relationships, and providing data to help companies maximize the return on their investor engagements. What You'll Do: Advising publicly-traded Biotech, Pharma, and other Healthcare company investor relations and management teams on investor outreach strategies and execution (consult on conferences, NDRs and direct outreach, PMs and analysts for company engagement) Must have solid knowledge and interest in Healthcare, but also be willing to lead non-healthcare relationships if team needs shift Research buy-side investors/capital markets trends Develop presentation materials for client phone conversations, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings Spending time in excel models one minute, then shifting to a call to advise a public company the next minute Support team in thought leadership creation and client meeting prep What You'll Bring: Deep knowledge and interest in healthcare, drug pipelines, and science-related research Comfort in a client facing role, particularly with C-Suite teams Passion for problem solving and expanding one’s skillset Very strong quantitative skills; exceptional use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required Comfort balancing a number of concurrent projects and analyses Attention to detail a must Strong interpersonal skills and initiative Solid understanding of and interest in the capital markets Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the capital markets This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
