Responsibilities & Duties: Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of a modern intranet site using Microsoft SharePoint Consolidate and organize various types of information including product documentation, sales & marketing, software version history, and support tracking Build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows to streamline content access Work closely with department leaders across all departments to gather content requirements and user needs Support internal documentation standards, taxonomy development, and metadata tagging for searchability Assist in training materials and tutorials to support adoption by internal users Participate in quality assurance testing and feedback cycles to refine the user experience Other operational workflow refinements within the business development department as needed Requirements: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or comparable content management platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Sites, etc.) Strong interest in information architecture, knowledge management, or internal communications Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams Harris provides mission critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
