We’re seeking a client‑facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud (FSC a plus). You’ll triage incidents, drive RCA, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients.
Salesforce Admin certification;
5+ years’ Salesforce Administrator experience is required
