Location – Montréal, QC As Senior Advisor, Global Internal Communications reporting to the Manager, Global Internal Communications, you will play a key role in elaborating the strategy, planning and delivery of internal communication initiatives supporting the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Growth Officer (CGO)’s Offices. You will work with many different stakeholders to identify the best communication approaches, channels and messages, draft impactful communications, ensure an efficient flow of information, promote our global capabilities and showcase our wide diversity of talents and expertise. Your role As a member of the Global Internal Communications CoE team, you will report to the Manager, Global Internal Communications CoE and be responsible for: Develop strong relationships and advise internal clients on communication best practices. Work alongside your Global Communications & Marketing colleagues to plan, execute and measure integrated internal communications strategies. Create and deploy internal communications and employee engagement initiatives on our internal channels, including content creation, newsletters, videos, webcasts, internal events, etc. Increase visibility and internal understanding of our global capabilities and technical networks worldwide to enhance internal collaboration. Help internally promote global programs like Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services and Transformation program. Develop and promote employee stories and expertise profile. Support internal communication cascade and content customization within our regional businesses. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. About you This role requires collaborative leadership, strategic thinking, and an agile, innovative approach. The ability to mobilize and inspire teams to achieve objectives is crucial. This person will be part of an engaged and ambitious team, driving forward the mission of the COO and CGO offices within AtkinsRéalis. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in communication advisory role. Bilingualism -(French English) Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and simplify technical concepts. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and stakeholders across geographies. Strategic mindset and capacity to identify and leverage synergies between various initiatives to create cohesive and impactful communication strategies. High sense of responsibility, autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness. Positive and proactive attitude in problem-solving. Team player with proven ability to reconcile a variety of perspectives and inputs Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant technological tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams.
