Job Description:
The Package Center Associate position is responsible for handling package operations, including loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and sorting. This position requires maintaining safety standards, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Type: Part-Time, permanent
Work Location: 575 Harwood Ave N, Ajax, ON L1Z 0K4, Canada
Shift Details:
6:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Monday through Friday)
6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Tuesday through Saturday)
Wage: $17.75/Hr.
** Candidates must be able to work 25+ hours per week***
Key Responsibilities:
Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock packages efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Assist customers with shipping needs and offer effective solutions
Operate equipment, software, and tools while training others as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other assigned tasks as required
Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kgs unassisted
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Adobe Suites
High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday
