We are seeking an experienced and connected client service leader who has a strong understanding of market research as a foundation, specifically primary, customer consumer insight and quantitative research.

Position Overview:
As Director, Sponsorship Insights & Client Solutions, you will leverage your deep expertise in market research and a passion for data storytelling, to help brands, properties, and agencies unlock growth opportunities across sports, entertainment, music, arts, causes, and venues.
You will take ownership of key client accounts, serving as the primary strategic lead responsible for leveraging and delivering our client's solutions that support insight-driven decision making. By building trusted relationships and deeply understanding each client’s objectives, you will provide ongoing guidance, craft data-informed sponsorship strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, analytical fluency, and strong interpersonal skills to drive long-term client success and measurable business impact.
As a trusted partner to 100+ organizations in the sport, entertainment, and sponsorship industry, you will be tasked with navigating the market and ensuring that our client continues to be seen as a transparent, actionable, and unbiased source of insights.

Key responsibilities
Client Leadership: Own and manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic lead across all engagements.
Insight Application: Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable impact.
Client Strategy & Growth: Leveraging our clients solutions, develop customized sponsorship strategies, provide thought leadership, and proactively identify ways to expand and deepen client relationships.
Consultative Guidance: Deliver high-touch service and insight-led recommendations that inform brand decision-making and optimize sponsorship ROI.
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by showcasing our client’s capabilities to potential clients.
Innovation & Concepting: Collaborate with internal teams to evolve current solutions and/or co-develop innovative solutions and go-to-market strategies tailored to client needs.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on sponsorship and marketing trends to ensure clients remain ahead of the curve and informed by best practices.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics, ideally in sponsorship marketing, brand strategy, or client-facing consulting roles
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
Leadership experience managing analysts or insight teams; able to coach, prioritize, and elevate quality of work
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation.
A passion for sponsorship, consumer engagement, and using data to drive strategic decision-making.
