To keep our standards sky-high, we're seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and confident Video & Photo Supervisor to take our media operations to the next level.
Position: Zipline Video & Photo Supervisor
As the Video & Photo Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for our photo and video sales team. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring equipment is running smoothly, staff is energized and on target, and our guests leave with incredible memories in hand. From hitting sales goals to coaching your team, you’ll keep the energy high and the experience seamless.
This is a full-time seasonal position, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a sales mindset, and a love for working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Photo & Video Sales team during daily operations
Inspire and develop Sales Associates
Schedule, train, and organize the sales team for maximum performance
Become a pro at our photo/video system - troubleshoot when needed
Track and share sales performance updates with the Sales and Leadership teams
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the building is clean and fully stocked
Ensure cameras, hardware, and systems are functioning optimally
Drive the team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals
Compile and submit weekly performance reports to the General/Operations Manager
Maintain a fun, professional, and guest-focused environment at all times
Who You Are:

Sales-savvy with proven results in a retail or customer-facing environments
Organized, reliable, and always one step ahead
Skilled in troubleshooting tech and systems (experience with media systems is a plus!)
Approachable and empathetic with strong mentoring abilities
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy settings
Committed to high standards of work, open to feedback and always ready to improve
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary diploma preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong background in customer service and/or sales required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Technically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Physically able to stand, sit, bend, twist, and occasionally use a ladder
Work Relationships:
Reports to the General/Operations Manager
Collaborates with Duty Managers, Department Supervisors, and Administrators
Provides direct leadership to Sales Associates
Communicate regularly with a third-party media partner for support and system updates
Schedule & Season:
This is a full-time seasonal position requiring a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our peak season runs from May through mid-to-late September.
