Greenfield is seeking a Financial & Compliance Analyst to play a strategic role within the organization by ensuring the integrity of financial processes and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The incumbent actively contributes to compliance program management, financial reporting, and regulatory monitoring.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly for data analysis, financial modeling, and dashboard creation.
In-depth expertise in biofuel compliance laws and regulations (e.g., CFR) and cap-and-trade systems.
Understanding of compliance management mechanisms used by regulated petroleum companies.
Ability to interact in English with external clients, suppliers, and auditors.
Knowledge of the commodities sector is considered an asset.
Job Responsibilities
Administer the CFR program, including quarterly credit creation and transfers, as well as ad hoc sales and purchases.
Produce and update weekly and monthly dashboards, and perform monthly reconciliations of regulatory credit inventories.
Develop financial forecasts and participate in CI and CFR audits, including MBR audits and credit adjustment verifications.
Document internal processes and conduct regulatory monitoring to anticipate legislative changes.
Manage compliance for QC30 and RTC programs, along with other administrative compliance tasks.
Handle permit renewals (e.g., corn grain, fuel) and monitor fuel tax obligations.
Perform financial analyst duties, including invoice quality control, budget and forecast support, month-end reporting, and KPI updates.
Act as an internal resource for various administrative and compliance-related tasks.
Contribute to the development of business cases related to biofuel compliance and environmental credits.
