The Assistant will conduct various research tasks related to the insurance industry. They will be responsible for managing the underwriting process for new insurance cases and providing ongoing administrative follow-up for in force policies. How You’ll Succeed Administrative Support- Participate in the underwriting process for new life and health insurance cases and perform various administrative tasks related to in-force policies. Maintain compliance standards when handling client files. Analytical Skills- Interpret, validate, and execute requests from internal and external clients. Gather information from clients. Complete insurance applications, questionnaires, and related documents. Critical Thinking- Verify documents produced by life insurance companies. Communicate with insurance carrier personnel and assess the plausibility of the information provided. Engagement- Build personal rapport to ensure every interaction is meaningful. Strengthen relationships by collaborating with your team and providing administrative support to meet client needs. Respond to requests by answering questions and delivering an exceptional client experience. Organizational Skills- Support Financial Security Advisors and Investment Advisors by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining compliance standards. Manage various aspects of running a life and health insurance advisory practice. Contribute to team success by improving productivity and proactively identifying business opportunities.
