Job Description
CEDA is looking for a Coordinator to join our Mobile Workforce team on a seasonal basis. This role is responsible for the administration and coordination of the Mobile Workforce employees’ deployments to multiple projects throughout the year across all CEDA regions. This role can be based in any CEDA operating region following the peaks of CEDA’s business, working a Thursday to Monday schedule to provide consistent coverage and support through the weekend.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of workforce deployment including training profile assessment, availability confirmation, and notifying HR of all transfers, end of contracts and other related changes
Collaborate with CEDA’s Travel and Regional Logistics teams to ensure a smooth deployment of operators
Provide on-demand support to Mobile Workforce employees in various aspects as required
Verify all safety and training certifications are current and compliant for each region prior to employee deployment
Work closely with Recruitment and Training teams to ensure new hires and rehires are effectively on boarded for the project start
Develop and maintain effective communication and rapport with Mobile Workforce employees and regional contacts
Maintain master spreadsheet in real time to ensure up to date accuracy
Monitor the centralized inbox with a focus on timely and effective responses
Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications:
5+ years of administration or coordination experience, specific to onboarding and workforce deployment
Prior experience working in a business with shutdowns & turnarounds is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Flexibility is required for occasional work outside the regular schedule during peak staffing periods
We value candidates with industrial or oilfield service sector experience who also align with our company's culture which supports and empowers field-based crews
Valid Class 5 Drivers licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required
