Are you driven by helping others succeed with technology and interested in product management projects? Join one of Europe’s most established HR tech companies, Sympa, and help us accelerate our growth across the Nordics.
Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Espoo, Finland – Hybrid
Starting date: As soon as possible, negotiable
Over the last 20 years, Sympa has helped some of the largest companies in the Nordics to put people at the centre of their strategy. With 1,000 customers and a strong install base, we’re on a mission to continue growing. To join us on our journey, we are now looking for a Product Enablement Coordinator to help us continuously develop our customer enablement.
As a Product Enablement Coordinator, you’ll be part of Sympa’s five-person Product Enablement team, working closely with both Sympa employees and customers. Your mission is to make sure everyone has the knowledge, tools, and support they need to succeed with our product. Since this is a coordinator role, the emphasis of your work may shift over time based on business needs — so flexibility and a proactive attitude are key. You’ll take on what’s most needed at the moment, ensuring our enablement activities run smoothly and deliver value.
Key responsibilities
Support customers in adopting new functionalities by acting as a hands-on guide during customer events, Teams sessions, and calls
Coordinate and maintain customer communications related to product enablement
Create and update product documentation and enablement materials
Coordinate product communications and support feature rollouts across teams
Collect and share feedback to continuously improve enablement processes and materials
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a proactive, business-minded individual with an interest in project coordination, content creation, process optimization, and customer enablement. You enjoy working both directly with customers and behind the scenes, making sure our internal teams and customers have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
You have experience working in a B2B environment, ideally in the technology or IT industry, and understand what drives business success. Strong organisational and communication skills in English are essential, and fluency in Finnish is required, as you’ll be supporting our Finnish customers in adopting new features.
Interacting with people, offering hands-on support, and helping others get the most out of our product all come naturally to you. You’re also comfortable engaging with customers in different settings — whether that’s in person at events or remotely through Teams or calls.
Experience with SaaS or HR products is a plus — but what matters most is your curiosity, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn new tools and skills. To thrive at Sympa, you’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly, and change is a natural part of everyday work.
