Freelance Makeup Artist Location: Territory of Alberta Reports to: Retail Excellence Lead Contract: Temporary from January 2026 to June 2026 Your role @ Chanel: The Freelance Makeup Artist is responsible for providing CHANEL client facing services. You will be providing event and sales support at key retailers while keeping the brand customer service, artistry, image, passion, and productivity at top of mind. What impact you can create at Chanel: Create a tailor-made experience and personalized makeover service for each client using CHANEL’s experience ritual. Share beauty trends and CHANEL makeup techniques and tips with clients to inspire and educate. Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit, and grow client return rates. Providing consistent and excellent experience to clients across all retail locations. Engage and educate clients on CHANEL DNA and products. What you will bring to the role: Retail Makeup artistry experience is preferred Ability to work efficiently at various retail locations Eligible to work in Canada Mobile within city region Capable of lifting/carrying 15lbs Ability to travel nationally (preference) Registered company with GST/HST number (preference) You are energized by: Client-servicing following high standards of work; Building long-lasting client relationships; Providing customized CHANEL F&B experiences; Working with sales targets; Supporting during special events and company events.
