As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative at our Edmonton location. Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm. In office. Duties & Responsibilities: Serves as liaison between the Outside Sales Representative and customer. Develops and maintains customer relationships. Supports and partners with assigned division and customer assignment. Manages customer orders manually and completes timely callbacks/e-mails to discuss edits and confirm complete orders. Maintain current knowledge of product and system status within divisions to assist Outside Sales Representatives and customers. Serves as information resource to Outside Sales Representatives, on product related questions regarding inventory levels and general product information Arranges exception deliveries in collaboration with Transportation departments, 3rd party order/delivery systems, aligned with Intercity Packers. Supports Outside Sales Representatives with order entry. Supports Sales penetration. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma Previous work experience in a customer service, inside sales, or administrative role Must be able to travel for food shows, events, etc (less than 10%) Ability to stay calm under pressure Excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English language Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.
