Overview
The Instacart Business team is in a hyper-growth stage, and we are looking for a
world-class Senior Strategic Partner Associate to shape and scale the outbound
engine for Instacart Business as a critical driver of revenue. In this role, you
will manage a portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise customers, applying a
consultative approach to drive growth and foster long-term partnerships. You
will play a pivotal role in building actionable strategies, activating new
partners, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing client
relationships to deliver value across the broader supply chain.
Core responsibilities include driving key business insights, recommending and
implementing scalable growth strategies, and assisting in the development of
sales strategies. You will also oversee operational processes, project manage
internal and external stakeholders, and develop go-to-market strategies in
collaboration with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
Additionally, you will identify feature gaps within the platform and help shape
improvements to enable distributors and brands to thrive.
This is an individual contributor role with tremendous growth potential as we
continue expanding our capabilities and redefining how we support business
customers. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, driven, and resourceful
individual who thrives in ambiguity, excels in collaboration, and can contribute
meaningfully to the next chapter of Instacart Business.
The Instacart Business & Supply Chain Team’s vision is to become the leading
technology provider for driving growth and efficiency across the food and
beverage supply chain. To lay the foundation for our supply chain aspirations,
we’ve started by focusing on serving business needs we know best: find more
businesses that have flexible spending and unplanned needs for food and
beverages. Our strategy has been focused on winning with end-business users
around this specific use case, while simultaneously building enterprise-grade
products to capture greater share of wallet and pitching solutions aimed further
up the supply chain. We are focused not just on meeting business objectives, but
on revolutionizing the food supply chain through creativity, perseverance, and
collaborative problem-solving.
