We are looking for experienced Short Order Cooks to join our culinary team for the Christmas season.
About the Role
You will work in a high-volume event environment preparing hot food items during Christmas market dates and holiday events. This includes short order cooking, maintaining consistent quality and supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items quickly during high-volume service periods
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in a limited-space environment
Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of all dishes
Assist with opening setup, restocking during service, and end-of-day teardown
Communicate with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service during large events
Qualifications
Previous experience as a short order cook, line cook or similar (required)
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
Food Safety certification
Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays during the Christmas season
