Job Description What is the opportunity? This position is in the Wiresand Deposit Investigations team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to join our fast-paced Wire’s Team. The Agent will repair incoming wires and will be responsible to handle incoming and outgoing calls for all clients across Canada and will interact with clients by providing them with assistance and solutions based on their individual needs for their incoming wire. You will strive to constantly improve functions taking a client focused approach to effectively process client requests and service solutions where appropriate regarding their wire. Your ability to provide superior customer service, build rapport and gain the clients’ confidence will be critical to your success. What will you do? · Develop an analytical and practical skillset revolved around personal and business products. · Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide clients with the optimal client experience. · Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency in daily activities and a strong understanding of client impact. · Keep up to date on all communications including changes to RBC policy and procedures. · Maintain processes as outlined in policies and procedures identifying opportunities to make it simpler, faster, better. · Accountable for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency, effectiveness and operational risk and compliance. What do you need to succeed? Must-have · Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs. · Knowledge and experience in diverse RBC products, processes and services, for completing client transactions. · Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. · Ability to work in a high-volume department with strict deadlines. · Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate between multiple systems. · Must be proactive, innovative and have a developed sense of urgency. · Must be agile, flexible and have a desire for continuous growth. · Flexible to work Monday to Friday, 12:00 -20:00 and overtime when necessary.
