We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance Department on a part-time basis. In this role, you will process customer payments, ensure timely and accurate collections, and maintain organized records. Your Daily Contribution & Impact: Process customer payments accurately and promptly Prepare aging analysis and follow up on overdue invoices Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment issues Reconcile daily bank deposits Perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems Expertise & Essential Skills: Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a computerized accounting environment Technical Skills: Knowledge of general accounting and accounts receivable procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work with accounting systems and reconcile transactions Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Highly adaptable and process-oriented with analytical thinking Why Bumper to Bumper?
