This leadership role combines technical commissioning expertise with strategic project management to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. What you will do: Developing and implementing industry-leading commissioning methodologies specifically tailored for mission-critical facilities Leading a team of commissioning project managers in a player/coach capacity Overseeing multiple concurrent commissioning projects while directly managing key client engagements Serving as technical authority for complex commissioning challenges and strategic decisions Serving as primary point of contact for high-value client relationships Establishing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance frameworks and verification protocols Coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams Contributing technical expertise to RFPs, client pitches, and business development initiatives Driving continuous improvement of commissioning processes through innovation and best practice implementation What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field 7-10+ years of experience in project management and commissioning within data center/mission-critical environments Demonstrated leadership experience in technical team management Advanced understanding of commissioning principles and methodologies Comprehensive knowledge of data center infrastructure and critical systems In-depth understanding of commissioning processes for complex integrated systems Proven ability to develop and mentor technical professionals Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments Flexibility to travel to project sites as required Experience with industry standards and regulations for critical environments Proficiency with project management and commissioning software platforms Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels Strategic thinking with focus on both tactical execution and long-term planning Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands Commitment to continuous professional development and industry engagement Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.) Location: Remote –Montreal, QC, Ottawa, ON If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
