Job Description What is this opportunity? In this role you will be responsible for the successful fulfillment and servicing of Estate settlement transactions. The successful candidate consistently acts upon ‘continuous improvement’ activities and creates win-win situations to ensure a clear balance between the client experience and mitigation of operational/compliance risk with full alignment to CB Operations business objectives and RBC's vision. In this role you will use training, knowledge and experience of diverse RBC products, processes and services. What will you do? Delivers excellent service to our clients every time; focusing on doing what is best for our clients and the organization - making it Simpler, Faster, Better Focus on attaining established benchmarks for complex and/or specialized client activities, transactions and/or processes, contributing to achievement of business specific Client Service Commitments (CSC’s) and/or Service Level Agreement (SLA) Employee must meet minimum performance thresholds set by your team/group Consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency in daily activities understanding the importance and impact of personal actions on achieving a superior client experience Responsible for successful fulfillment and servicing of Estate settlement transactions. Ensure process/controls are in place and are being followed Analyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactions Provides professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff. Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership & accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as required What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma program Strong background with the use of Window based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills Proven analytical mindset and problem solving skills Demonstrate ability to adapt to an ever changing environment Maintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environment Adaptability Nice to have: Knowledge of Registered products Knowledge of EMS system Have experience working with Estate Management System, CART, RBIS, Application Launch Pad, On demand, Service Platform, Sales Platform What’s in it for you?
